Rights in the content

All rights in the musical works, performances, phonograms, cover artwork and any other materials broadcast by the station belong to their respective rightsholders — authors, performers, phonogram producers, publishers and labels. This project claims no rights in them, does not sell or sublicense them, and does not offer tracks for download: the station transmits an audio stream only.

The station is non-commercial: it carries no advertising and no paid access, and it broadcasts for familiarisation listening within a small circle of registered users.

How to submit a request

Write to the address below. So that we can act without follow-up questions, please include:

• —the work or works concerned (title, author or performer);
• —how they appeared on air: the track artist and title, and the date and time if you have them;
• —confirmation that you are the rightsholder or are authorised to act on their behalf;
• —your contact details: name, organisation if any, and an email address for our reply;
• —a statement that the use was not authorised by you, by the rightsholder, or by law;
• —the sender's signature — an electronic signature or a scanned one is sufficient.

What happens next

Every notice is reviewed by a person: the material is taken out of rotation and deleted from the server, and we reply to the address the notice came from.

Removal is an act of good-faith cooperation and is not an admission of any infringement.

Exclusion in advance

A rightsholder may also ask us in advance never to broadcast their catalogue — we will add it to the block list without waiting for a particular track to show up here.
